About TMS Outstanding Thesis Prize
The TMS Outstanding Thesis Prize recognizes and rewards graduate students whose thesis or dissertation has been identified as outstanding in their fields of research.
1 Gold Medal and at most 2 Silver Medals will be awarded annually for Doctoral and Master Thesis each. The winner will be awarded a Medal and a Certificate together with such a sum of money as shall have been determined by the Council of the Society. Award candidates will also be invited to speak at the TMS Annual Meeting.
